That is why I was super excited to bring you our guest today.  Michelle is a certified mindset and mindfulness coach.  During her journey, she started to learn about self-care practices and realized how she had been neglecting her self-care.  She learned how to become intentional about making sure that she was taking care of herself to create long-term solutions.
